Children's Ministry

We are excited about our new Youth Ministry Center building and the opportunities it has created to roll out our new Children's Ministry Program!

We began January 2011 with teaching children ages 5-12 that the Bible is God's Word, to us, today. We use a goal based incentive program to encourage our children to fill their hearts with God's Word by scripture memorization. It has been amazing to see their excitement and class participation grow each week as they meet and exceed their goals of memorizing scripture passages. They are learning that God's Word is ALIVE and sharper than an two-edged sword! (Ephesians 6:17, Hebrews 4:12)

Each child is encouraged to be actively involved in the learning process and lessons are creatively reinforced with a variety of approaches; simple object lessons, hands-on crafts, drama, handbells and puppet skits.
